This is a discount program, not insurance, and not intended to replace insurance.
PaveCare is not insurance. PaveCarePlus is not insurance. NPMCA connects members with licensed brokers. NPMCA does not sell, quote, or advise on insurance.
This program is not insurance coverage, is not intended to replace insurance, and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act or Massachusetts M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. It contains a 30-day cancellation period, provides discounts only at the offices of contracted health care providers, and each member is obligated to pay the discounted medical charges in full at the point of service.

Benefit disclosures
- Vermont: Dental, Chiropractic, Vision, and Physician are not available to VT residents.
- Counseling services are not available for minors 13 and under.
- Lab Services not available in the following states: Quest: AZ, NJ, NY, and RI. At Home Tests: NJ, NY, and RI.
- Virtual Primary Care is only available to members 18 and older. Behavioral Health is available for members 14 and older.
- Telehealth services are for non-emergency use only.
