National Pavement Maintenance Contractors Association collects the name, email, phone, and shop details you send on a join or listing inquiry form so we can reply. Those requests are saved for authorized association staff to review. Contact, sponsor, and listing-claim notes are collected on the published forms on those pages. This site does not store those submissions and does not write the contractor directory from them. We do not sell that list.

This site records product analytics so we can see which pages and membership paths are used, including repeat visits. Session replay is on for ordinary marketing and member pages. Form fields are masked. Passwords, payment fields, and free-text notes are left out of recordings. When a membership account id is known, analytics uses that id. Email addresses and other form answers are not sent to analytics. We do not sell this information.

Members sign in on the Members App, a separate site (Members App). This marketing site does not take a password.

The public contractor directory is a separate association search (Directory). A listing claim on this site points at the published claim form, including a catalog company id when the link has one. It does not write that directory, and it does not run that search on this page.
