How this directory works
What the directory is
The NPMCA Contractor Directory lists NPMCA Business Members that perform pavement maintenance work in the United States. Each company page is written by the company through its NPMCA member account.
Inclusion is not an endorsement or recommendation by NPMCA.
Which companies qualify
A company is listed when it holds a current NPMCA Business Membership and has finished its business page: business name, city and state, at least one pavement maintenance service, and a phone number or a short description.
Companies that are not Business Members, or have not finished their page yet, are not listed. The listing must not contain prohibited or fraudulent content.
Suppliers and manufacturers are not part of the contractor directory.
How results are ordered
When you search a company name, results are ordered by how closely the name matches. When you search a city, companies in that city come first, then alphabetically. When you browse a state, companies are listed alphabetically. The directory does not search by ZIP code or distance.
Directory order is not a ranking. Membership, sponsorship, advertising and how much a company has added to its page do not change where it appears.
What “NPMCA Business Member” means
It means the company currently holds an NPMCA Business Membership. Business Members can publish a fuller company page: services, service area, photos, video and project records. It does not mean NPMCA has inspected, certified or verified the company's work.
Where the information comes from
Company pages are written by an authorized person at that company through their NPMCA member account. Project Proof records are supplied by the contractor.
Corrections and missing companies
Anyone can suggest a correction to a listed company. You do not need to be a member. Changes to a company's name, phone number, website or address are confirmed with someone authorized to speak for the company before they are applied. Companies are added when they become Business Members and finish their business page.
Removal and appeals
A company can ask NPMCA to review its listing, including removal. If you disagree with a decision about a listing, reply to NPMCA's message and a different staff member will review it.
